Chef Artem Mokrov introduces guests to products from the Kostroma region: cranberries, cheeses, berries, and Volga perch and pike perch. Seasonal ingredients, respect for traditions, and modern cooking techniques are the three main principles of the restaurant's cuisine. The buffet at the "Golden Ring" restaurant offers a wide variety of food at a reasonable price. Homemade pastries and desserts, specialty coffee, can surprise even the most discerning travelers. During holidays and New Year's vacations, you will be offered a complimentary glass of sparkling wine! For those who prefer light breakfasts, there is a special dietary menu with cereals, nuts, fruits, and vegetables.
