"Groza" restaurant delights its guests with dishes of modern Russian cuisine – a combination of ancient traditions and contemporary trends. In their quest for unique cooking methods and techniques, the restaurant's team has studied hundreds of pages of culinary archives. Many of the recipes were collected during trips to remote villages in the Kostroma region.
