"Zakroma" is a restaurant dedicated to exploring the traditional flavors of Russia. Russian cuisine is a reflection of the natural characteristics of our country, its history, the religious beliefs of the people, and their traditions.

"Zakroma" is a restaurant serving modern Russian cuisine. The establishment, with seating for 65 guests, is located in a historic building dating back to 1900, in the very heart of Yaroslavl. The core concept revolves around the exploration of traditional Russian ingredients. The idea behind the restaurant was to create a place that embodies the essence of Russian cuisine and becomes a symbol of the Yaroslavl region. A central element of the restaurant is a traditional Russian oven with two openings. The light yellow color of the oven is complemented by a bas-relief panel, featuring a bylina (epic poem) hero, Mikula Selyaninovich, a peasant farmer cultivating the land. The menu is based on the use of local products and specialties, sourced, grown, and preserved in the Central region of Russia.
