About

A meat restaurant featuring a charcoal grill and an open kitchen, inspired by the New Zealand city of Wellington and the dish of the same name.

Yaroslavl, Sovetskaya Street, building 46a Website Concept creators: Evgeny Maksimov and Ekaterina Maksimova

ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The name was inspired by the southernmost capital city in the world – the capital of New Zealand, Wellington. The stunning nature of this country is reflected in the restaurant's interior: many live plants, natural materials, and calming colors. Over 20 types of meat are cooked on charcoal grills in the dining room, right in front of the guests. Classic dishes are presented in a unique and creative way: pike roe with croutons, Olivier salad with scallops, fish soup, and grilled salmon. The dessert menu and pastries are created by the head pastry chef. The wine list features over 35 wines from the New World, which perfectly complement the dishes on the menu!
