About

"Yurik" is a project from the renowned "Kuchmisterskaya" restaurant, designed to offer guests a unique and exciting experience.

The first and most important feature is the extensive cocktail menu created by Andrey Prutskiy, one of Russia's top bartenders. His creations are not based on traditional cocktail recipes, but on the desire to combine unexpected flavors and experiment with them. His laboratory produces ingredients that you won't find anywhere else, except perhaps in Moscow or London, where Andrey Prutskiy is a leading figure in the bar industry. You'll initially be surprised by the list of ingredients in his cocktails, but you'll soon appreciate the originality of the flavor combinations. One glass might contain strawberries and buckwheat, while another might feature cilantro and passion fruit. The cocktails are accompanied by a carefully curated selection of appetizers, created by chef Anatoly Zabotkin to perfectly complement the drinks. The menu features bold and innovative culinary creations that match the cocktails in their originality. The second reason to visit "Yurik" is its unique interior, designed in the style of a paleontological park. This is reflected in the name, which playfully refers to the Jurassic period. Did you know that in 1903, when Alfred Philippovich opened "Kuchmisterskaya" in Samara, paleontologist Petr Kazansky identified fossils found near the village of Novaya Rachayka in the Syzransky district as remains of the aquatic reptile Ichthyosaurus volgensis (a representative of the early Jurassic period)? This is not surprising, as in those ancient times, the area that is now the Samara region was the bottom of the Tethys Ocean. A collection of archaeological finds belonging to Alfred Philippovich himself, including an Egyptian mummy that he personally brought back from his travels, is on display at the Hermitage Museum. Curiosity, a passion for experimentation, and a desire to explore the mysteries of history and nature – these are the qualities that unite the personality of Alfred von Vakano and the team that revived the legendary "Kuchmisterskaya." Once again, it's a successful blend, a historically and design-inspired combination of ideas. The third reason to visit "Yurik" is the atmosphere of intimacy, which can transform into lively private parties with top club music DJs. The cocktail park "Yurik" was once a place of refuge for Alfred von Vakano, where he could contemplate and conduct scientific research.

You can spend an evening here in a "speakeasy" style, enjoying a couple of cocktails. Alternatively, gather your friends and like-minded individuals – "Yurik" is available for private events of up to 30-40 people. "Yurik" is the perfect aperitif or digestif for your evening, a place where you can start your weekend with unique experiences or end your culinary journey through the city.
