In the fall of 2020, a new "fast" concept called WRAP&KEBAB, created by Eduard Sterlikov ("Eternal French," Jis Asian Bistro & Wine 2.0), opened on Maroseyka Street. It features a customizable menu, gourmet recipes from international cuisines, and complete transparency regarding ingredients and the "story" behind the products. In addition to the core offerings of wraps and kebabs, there are also hummus, salads, and appetizers to suit every taste. The gourmet aspect lies in the format: the wrap, unlike the shawarma, is served on a plate with a knife and fork, and is characterized by its layered composition, which is relevant in all seasons. The menu features 12 toppings and 10 fillings, not including the appetizers. Any wrap can be served in a homemade wheat, spinach, or yeast-free tortilla, with rice or lettuce leaves. WRAP&KEBAB already offers delivery through its own service, as well as through Yandex.Eda.
