"V'Alter" is a cozy, family-friendly Italian restaurant located in Novocherkasskaya.

"V'Alter" is a unique gastronomic project from the team behind "7 A.M. P.M.," where the elegance of the past blends with modern trends, the aromas of Italian cuisine meet contemporary culinary trends, and an endless variety of signature drinks and special dishes come together. Since opening its doors in October 2023, "V'Alter" has quickly won the hearts of its guests with its charm, comfortable atmosphere, and, most importantly, its delicious food.

The restaurant's location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center is just one element of its unique atmosphere. The space is filled with tranquility, comfort, and aesthetic pleasure, as it is located near the picturesque Okhta River, and panoramic windows offer stunning views. However, it's important to note that the beauty is not only external; it's also internal. The staff at "V'Alter" are true "smile makers" – young, kind, and energetic individuals who create a warm and welcoming environment. Guests of all ages are welcome, including families with children (there's a dedicated play area for little ones), couples, and young people looking for new experiences and discoveries.

The interior of the restaurant masterfully combines contrasting elements: painted concrete blocks are harmoniously paired with luxurious antique chandeliers, Viennese chairs complement stylish glossy tables, and antique mirrors reflect modern artwork.

At the helm of the kitchen is head chef and flavor architect Darya Baikova, who virtuously combines Italian influences, original creations, and nostalgic comfort food. In the new, updated menu, Darya and her team prepare hearty and unconventional breakfasts, refined desserts, and main courses with love and inspiration. For example, you can enjoy a perfect brunch until 1:00 PM with options like bruschetta with spicy sausage and citrus onions (390 rubles), an omelet with gorgonzola mousse, avocado, and shrimp (590 rubles), or a tonnato mousse with a crispy poached egg, sun-dried tomatoes, and leek "hay" (320 rubles). For later meals, appetizers include prosciutto with persimmon and fresh stracciatella (670 rubles), Parma ham with burrata (890 rubles), and a salad with crispy shrimp, mango, avocado, unagi sauce, and sesame oil (620 rubles). For main courses, there are three types of soups: a spicy broth with egg noodles, duck, and cilantro (340 rubles), borscht (420 rubles), and a tomato soup with stracciatella and shrimp (520 rubles), as well as several types of pasta, and a signature dish: braised cheek meat with creamy butter and tarragon (680 rubles). The meal culminates with a dessert menu featuring a warm banana tart (390 rubles) and other sweet treats. A special children's menu is also available for younger guests at "V'Alter."

The restaurant's menu features a special selection of signature drinks. Bartenders Sergey Kassinets and Karina Gup create infusions using unique homemade recipes, made with the most natural ingredients: basilcello, limoncello, horseradish vodka, and cranberry-lingonberry liqueur. A set of four infusions costs 250 rubles. The bar menu also includes aperitifs, traditional and popular cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Among the non-alcoholic options, the Peruvian freshly roasted coffee with a filter from SIBARISTICA and the Amazing specialty cocoa line are popular choices. The matcha latte, made with lactose-free milk and a cherry topping, and the large cappuccino are classic recommendations for coffee lovers. Freshly baked goods are delivered to the restaurant every morning to complement your coffee and provide an unforgettable taste of a cozy start to the day.

In addition to the exquisite main courses, "V'Alter" offers unexpected discoveries. A chalkboard on the wall, like a canvas, features interesting specials that are not included in the standard menu.
