A district-forming cluster where active and creative people can spend their time relaxing or working in a new environment, featuring a food hall with 12 different vendors ("workshops").

The "Fabrika" public space is located on the site of a former leather goods factory. The project's creators have brought life to the Central District of St. Petersburg, creating a district-forming cluster where active and creative people can spend their time relaxing or working in a new environment. The multi-functional territory of "Fabrika" includes: a food hall with 12 vendors ("workshops"), accommodating 209 seats and 12 outdoor seating areas by the windows, boutiques, a co-working space, a courtyard with a stage and a dance floor for events during the summer months, terraces, art zones for photos, and much more. The food hall features unique gastronomic concepts from around the world: "British Bakeries," Asian cuisine from "Eat Japan" and "LapShu," American cuisine from "Hey, guys," Italian cuisine from "Piz'a," healthy fast food from "Green Point," Serbian cuisine from "Dolche gusto," Russian cuisine from "Lepim i Varim," drinks from "AF Brew," "Fervine," and a fresh juice bar called "Myakot'." The public space will operate in several shifts (morning, daytime from 12:00 to 20:00, and evening from 20:00 to 02:00), each bringing a change in atmosphere and program. The start of a new shift is marked by the sound of a factory whistle and a distinctive voice announcement: starting at 10:00, "Fabrika" invites guests for breakfast, and at 12:00, it's lunchtime. The design and architecture of the space were developed by the "KIDZ" bureau. They took into account the history of the district and reflected it in the modern and stylish design through numerous details. For example, an accent wall made from scraps of eco-leather, a light and translucent partition made of dozens of thin tubes, and curtains made of metal mesh – all of these elements evoke the atmosphere of the industrial past. On April 21st, starting at 7:00 PM, the "Fabrika" public space will open to all guests in a test mode, and May 1st will mark the official opening, featuring performances by invited artists: Amilo MC, UNTONE СHERNOV, and Tosya Chaikina.
