"Tsypochka," a European-style restaurant specializing in poultry, is located in the heart of the "Tsarskaya Ploshchad" residential complex in the Begov district, near the Dynamo metro station.

"Tsypochka" is a true paradise for poultry lovers.

The interior is elegantly decorated in a European style, featuring crystal chandeliers, a pastel color palette, panoramic windows, and live plants. A striking mosaic above the open kitchen depicts a magnificent firebird, and a large, cozy table is located nearby. The restaurant has 30 seats, and in the summer, a spacious veranda with marble tables and a sunshade is located in the courtyard. The restaurant is full of life, with various events taking place weekly, from gastronomic dinners to wine nights and live music.

The head chef is Alexander Kishchenko, who has worked on prestigious projects in Sochi, including Marriott, "Morskoy," White Rabbit Family, and Panorama by Mercure. He has expertly crafted the breakfast and main menus, focusing on poultry, unusual flavor combinations, and comfort food. Ilya Zakharov, a renowned culinary expert, is also involved in the project. He is known as the brand chef of the restaurants Brunello and "Buffet" at the "Casino Sochi," the restaurant at the Château De Talu winery, the concept chef of Mantera Supreme, and the restaurant Le Ri.

Guests can start their day with a variety of breakfast options, served daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A refined breakfast set for two includes delicate eggs benedict with red caviar, fragrant pumpkin pancakes, a juicy turkey sausage, turkey cooked sous vide, a rich liver pâté, lightly salted salmon, a creamy amaranth porridge with cocoa and banana, a crispy almond cake with nuts, warm buckwheat bread, and butter – a perfect way to start the morning together. In addition, guests can try scrambled eggs with four types of cheese (Brie, Parmesan, Gorgonzola, and Manchego), a fragrant and spicy shakshuka with tomatoes and herbs, or aristocratic soft-boiled eggs with red caviar and delicate brioche. For those with a sweet tooth, there are syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) with cherries and sour cream, amaranth porridge with cocoa and banana, or a San Sebastian dessert with pistachio cream.

The main menu also reflects the restaurant's concept, with dishes like sweet potato hummus served with a creamy tarragon sauce and chicken strips, guacamole served with roti bread and tomato salsa, liver pâté paired with strawberry and basil jam, and truffle chicken soup. Popular dishes include schnitzel with mashed potatoes and truffle sauce, a warm eggplant salad with cilantro and tomatoes, grilled chicken breast with apple and lime chutney, and grilled chicken thigh with a vegetable salad and roti bread.

The chef also recommends exploring the extensive selection of appetizers and salads, or choosing pasta or risotto as a main course. The dessert menu is also carefully curated. Bird's milk cake with poppy seeds or a rye tiramisu with raspberries are definitely worth trying!

The restaurant's collection of ciders from France and Spain is a true gem. Each beverage is carefully selected to complement the flavors of the dishes and create an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The bar menu offers a variety of cocktails, each with its own unique story told through taste and presentation.
