Madison, located on Leningradsky Prospekt, is a large-scale project by restaurateur and businessman Artur Gukasyan, combining a club theater, Art Deco style, luxury, and the atmosphere of the 1920s in the United States.

MADISON RESTAURANT & CLUB: THE AESTHETICS OF AN ERA OF VIBRANT PARTIES The project's name refers to The Madison Belmont Building, a 1925 building that introduced New Yorkers to the Art Deco style. In the kitchen, the trendy casual dining concept is curated by the young and ambitious Nikita Vasilyenko, who has worked at White Rabbit, Patara, Calicano, and opened Littles. The menu features dishes such as pan-fried halloumi with sweet potato hummus and cherry compote (650 rubles), soup with roasted duck and rice noodles (650 rubles), and pappardelle with smoked feta mousse and salmon (950 rubles) – where European flavors harmoniously blend with Asian influences. One of the most appealing sections is the American Corner. Here, you can find a burger made with marbled beef on a brioche bun, topped with Brie cheese, truffle sauce, and cherries (1150 rubles), a hot dog with Moroccan octopus and a tempura corn garnish (1350 rubles), or crispy tacos with shrimp and mango aioli (650 rubles). A significant portion of the menu is dedicated to meat, all of which is organic. Several types of steaks and lamb chops are grilled, and a brisket is smoked for 13 hours and served with corn and red onion (1050 rubles). The cocktail menu, featuring modern trends in bar culture, is curated by renowned Moscow bartender Maxim Meshcheryakov (Steak it Easy, "Life of Pi"). Alongside his signature creations, he offers classic American cocktails from the 1940s. The wine selection, curated by sommelier Kirill Kibisov, includes a range of excellent wines, many from American producers. For those who prefer stronger drinks, the restaurant offers one of the largest collections of whiskey in Moscow. Madison Restaurant & Club is located on two floors of the "MonArch" complex. The architectural firm Archpoint, led by Valery Lizunov, was responsible for the interior design, successfully capturing the atmosphere of the Art Deco era. Oval coffers in the ceilings, a column made of metal tubes, paintings, large mirrors in gilded frames, massive wooden or marble tables with leather and velvet chairs, and a golden panther statue on the bar – the Gatsby theme is evident throughout. Every week, Madison hosts a unique "Show Kitchen" project, often led by a celebrity chef. Vibrant shows and lively parties with top artists are held in the club, where the festive atmosphere is enhanced by two-story chandeliers adorned with ostrich feathers, a stage with a lit staircase, and theatrical VIP boxes.
