Trattoria Porto is a family-run Italian restaurant in Sochi, located in the "Mayak" beach complex, featuring a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the Black Sea. Significant changes have been made to the restaurant in preparation for the winter season. Maxim Dolzhenko has been appointed as the head chef, Kirill Silin is responsible for the dessert menu, and Andrey Lagodich manages the bar. The updated menu at Trattoria Porto combines the flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with the best traditions of the South, presented in a modern restaurant style. Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, is prepared in just 10-12 minutes thanks to modern technology. Pasta is made fresh in the restaurant, and fresh, locally sourced seafood and microgreens from the restaurant's own greenhouse add a unique and unforgettable flavor to the dishes. The restaurant celebrated the New Year with an updated breakfast menu and an expanded selection of bruschetta, which perfectly complements the wine list of Trattoria Porto. In the art of pastry making, everything is important – from the quality of the flour and butter to the type of salt and the aroma of natural vanilla, which allow the full flavor spectrum of desserts to be revealed. That is why the pastry chef of Trattoria Porto, Kirill Silin, pays special attention to the precise adherence to cooking techniques and the careful selection of the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The rum baba, soaked in an orange-rum syrup, with ganache, raspberry confit, and vanilla ice cream, classic tiramisu and crème brûlée, Italian "Maritozzo" buns, San Sebastian cheesecake, tartlets with seasonal fruits and berries, and éclairs – all are classics perfected. Andrey Lagodich transforms each cocktail into a work of art, using seasonal and local ingredients and molecular techniques – his "nano-spheres" have already captivated guests! Andrey honed his bartending skills at one of the best bartending schools in Russia, Bar Solution School, and gained experience by participating in master classes with bartenders from The World's 50 Best Bars, including Nikos Bakoulis (The Clumsies, Greece), Artem Peruka, and Igor Zernov (El Copitas Bar, St. Petersburg).
