"ITELIA" is a place where pizza, pasta, and love reign supreme. This is the second project from the restaurant team, who previously opened the restaurant "Nashtile." The two-story building of "ITELIA" transports guests to the Mediterranean coast. Through panoramic windows, sunlight streams into the dining room, warming and filling the space with a soft, southern Italian atmosphere. Guests can relax on a cozy balcony with wicker chairs and a view of the sea. In the new spring season, the restaurant will be opening another terrace on the second floor, offering stunning sea views and live music. Chef Viktor Ageev is in charge of the kitchen. Drawing on their extensive experience, they have created a menu featuring high-quality, classic Italian dishes, with recipes gathered from various regions of Italy. There is a wide selection of antipasti, from sun-dried tomatoes and "cacio e pepe" to Parma ham and "bresaola," as well as a variety of starters, including Italian classics like beef carpaccio, Caprese salad, and "vitello tonnato." The "Pizza" section features pizzas like "Margherita," "4 cheeses," "à la Vitello Tonnato," with pear and Gorgonzola, and with salmon tartare, all cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, which gives them a rich flavor, aroma, and that characteristic airy, crispy crust that is essential to Neapolitan pizza. The pasta dishes offer classic favorites: spaghetti "carbonara" with pancetta, "tagliatelle" "cacio e pepe" with truffle and black pepper, "tagliatelle" with tomatoes and "stracciatella," "pappardelle" with lamb ragu, and ravioli with shrimp, salmon, and cod in a sun-dried tomato sauce. Whether it's a lunch with family or a dinner with friends, accompanied by wine and a crispy wood-fired pizza, this restaurant is perfect for any occasion.
