Maxim is a graduate of the Pyatigorsk State Technological University, specializing in restaurant management. While traveling throughout Southern Russia, from his hometown of Pyatigorsk to Sochi, Maxim has worked on various projects, participated as part of the Stavropol region team in the "World of Restaurants and Hotels" competition, and progressed in his career from a cook to a sous chef and then head chef at the Pyatigorsk restaurant "Na Rublevke" under the guidance of Andrey Kolodyazhny.

Maxim graduated from the Pyatigorsk State Technological University (PSTU). His department was "Technology of Food Products," and his major was "Restaurant Management." He completed his internship in Sochi at the "Coral" resort. Places of work in Pyatigorsk: Restaurant "Na Rublevke" (where he met his first head chef, Andrey Kolodyazhny). He started as a cook and left as a head chef. He participated in the "World of Restaurants and Hotels" competition in Moscow as part of the Stavropol region team, and they took 4th place.
