About the Restaurant: Among the four projects by Vladimir Perelman at DEPO, the Italian restaurant TINTO stands out. It's unique because it's the only full-service restaurant housed in its own building, covering 170 square meters within the gastronomic complex. It boasts 55 seats and a stunning outdoor terrace that can accommodate nearly a hundred guests, immersed in greenery and aspiring to be the most Mediterranean-style venue in the city. Furthermore, TINTO offers a carefully curated experience centered around seafood of the highest quality, wild-caught fish, and a commitment to pure flavors, representing the culmination of all previous achievements by Perelman People in the realm of seafood. And all this culinary abundance is offered at surprisingly affordable prices: a serious level of dining, aiming for fine dining, translates to an average bill of 2500 rubles, including wine.
As befits any respectable Italian restaurant, a dedicated section of the menu is devoted to pasta and risotto, and this is where some of the stars shine. There's also a unique gastronomic presentation centered around cheese. The main attraction lies in the spectacular way the dishes are prepared: Chef Vasily Zaitsev of TINTO creates several types of pasta and risotto right before the eyes of the amazed audience, using a giant 40 kg wheel of Grana Padano cheese. To complement this culinary experience, there's a wine list curated by Elena Lebedeva, the head sommelier of the Perelman People restaurant group – because who would refuse a glass or two of good red or white wine with dinner? And, of course, it's served in Riedel crystal, which perfectly enhances the noble flavors of the wines. The Perelman People principle of offering more for less is flawlessly implemented at TINTO.
