About
He graduated from a culinary college and, starting at the age of 16, worked in Chinese and Thai restaurants, where he learned all the techniques of Asian cuisine. In his professional career, he has worked at the experimental restaurant Tinto and at the kitchen of Sabor de la Vida, alongside Michelin-starred chefs Patrick Schonove and Jérôme Custy. Currently, Maxim is in charge of the kitchen at the "Farro" pasta bar, which opened in 2019 and is run by young restaurateurs Daniil Trishchenko and Alexei Demin, who are the leading advocates of fresh pasta in Moscow.
Maxim was born and raised in Moscow, and from a young age, he was passionate about gastronomy and dreamed of becoming a chef.
