Teppanyaki

About

A spectacular cooking show

The restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere. "Teppan" translates from Japanese as "iron plate," and "yaki" means "to grill." Teppanyaki is a unique concept for the Crimean coast, where dishes are prepared directly in front of the guests on special metal plates – teppans – built into the table, and the main ingredients are delivered straight from Japan. This style of cooking originated and spread in Asian countries. The teppan table and the relaxed atmosphere bring guests together and are perfect for large families or several small groups. Dinner becomes a culinary show, where the chef creates masterpieces right before your eyes. The restaurant was designed by the renowned architect, guardian of the gardens of Kyoto, Shiro Nakane, and is located within the Japanese Garden. The interior recreates the authentic atmosphere of the East: cypress trees, a stone countertop, walls made of stone that naturally releases salt, and a large marine aquarium with a coral reef growing in 1500 tons of saltwater. Panoramic sliding windows offer stunning views of a waterfall. Teppanyaki offers a wide selection of set menus: meat, fish, meat and fish, poultry, local, and others – choosing will be difficult! You will always be able to find something you love or try something completely new.
