About
Pavel Teply is the head chef at the Teppanyaki restaurant, possessing a unique talent for transforming simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces. Each of his dinners is not just a presentation of food, but an immersion into the world of Japanese gastronomic culture, filled with emotions and magic. "I believe that every meal is an opportunity to create a memory that will stay with you for a lifetime," says Pasha, reflecting his culinary philosophy. Working in a chef's table format, he pays special attention to each guest, immersing them in an atmosphere of magic and comfort. His memorable dishes are prepared right in front of the guests, creating a sense of involvement and making the evening truly unique. "When you see me cooking, it's not just a process. It's a ritual that unites us all," emphasizes the chef. Pavel draws inspiration not only from the nature of Crimea, but also from his family traditions. He values the moments spent with loved ones and always strives to create an atmosphere that brings families together. "Every time we gather as a family, I feel how important these moments are. I want my guests to experience the same," he says. Pavel's favorite places in Crimea, such as the majestic Ay-Petri mountain, the picturesque cliffs of Sokola, and the tranquility of the Taygan park, have become a source of his inspiration. These places embody harmony. Being there, it's easy to draw parallels between the hustle and bustle of life and the creation of peace. Time seems to stand still, and each year you visit, you see how everything strives for development. Nature soothes, supports, and the simplicity in the details creates special emotions. A special place in the chef's heart is also the new viewing platform: "Here, I feel a deep connection with nature. These views of the sea and mountains are something special. They bring peace and inspiration, helping me create dishes in which every ingredient speaks of the beauty of Crimea. This place fills me with new ideas and allows me to see simple things from a different perspective, and that's how my culinary solutions are born," shares Pavel. Walks along the romantic promenades of Yalta or through the mysterious trails of the Big Canyon inspire him to create new gastronomic masterpieces. The Teppanyaki restaurant is located in a secluded area within the Japanese garden "Six Senses," where every detail is carefully considered to create harmony and tranquility. The restaurant offers an intimate atmosphere for 14 guests, which is ideal for celebrating special occasions with loved ones. The philosophy of kaizen permeates every dish, reminding us of the importance of continuous improvement and attention to detail. At Teppanyaki, you don't just enjoy food—you participate in creating unforgettable moments that will stay in your heart forever.
