About
I was first introduced to Japanese cuisine in 2012 at the restaurant "Gin-no Taki." After mastering the art of making rolls and sushi, I became interested in trying something new, and I chose teppanyaki. Preparing dishes on a teppan is a fascinating process, and in an open kitchen, it's also a visually impressive show. In 2021, I moved to Crimea, where I first led a shift at the teppanyaki section, and then managed the entire restaurant kitchen until 2024.
