Speaking of the kitchen, the "Open Kitchen" is one of the unique features of this Italian establishment: you can freely move around and even chat with the chef. Here, they make both pasta and pizza from scratch. The Tagliatella Caffe menu consists of several sections dedicated to drinks, featuring Italian classics with a special focus on aperitifs, as well as seasonal variations and drinks served neat. The founders, Artem Peruk, Igor Zernov, and Nikolai Kiselev, say that the concept emerged very naturally. At some point, we realized that we had a lot of amazing and interesting women on our team, and the entire aesthetic of Italian culture sounded completely new when interpreted by them.
