Sybarite is a restaurant featuring exceptional breakfasts, Eastern techniques and ingredients, and a global perspective on modern gastronomy. Located on the Garden Ring, Sybarite offers a unique dining experience. Chef Mark Shah Akbari was honored to create something new within the space of the legendary Glenuill restaurant. The addition of greenery, mirrors, and elegant gray-pearl tablecloths has given the space a luxurious feel.

The menu includes a variety of breakfast options, from poached eggs with crab to Crêpes Suzette, as well as salmon, tuna, and beef tartare, T-bone and ribeye steaks, dishes cooked in a Josper oven, Chilean sea bass with spinach and coconut chili, and for dessert, brioche with Camembert and hot chocolate.
