The name, when translated literally, means "Soul-Heart," reflecting the founders' approach to their work – with passion and dedication, as expressed in their slogan: "Georgian cuisine with heart." They offer authentic Georgian cuisine made with high-quality, natural ingredients. The founders are two friends and former classmates: one works in a restaurant holding and has long dreamed of starting his own project, while the other is a lawyer and a connoisseur of authentic Georgian cuisine.
