Stay is a fresh culinary project specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, which has already become popular in the Khamovniki district. Since its opening, the establishment has continuously refined its menu, creating a collection of the most interesting and unconventional flavor combinations. The founder and head chef, Sang Keun Ouh, has extensive experience working in various international cuisines. For over seven years, Sang worked at L'Etranger in London and other restaurants within the Tsunami group. In Moscow, Sang Keun Ouh developed his culinary skills in the Pan-Asian direction. He has been involved in significant projects such as "Chaika" and "Lastochka," and also opened his own restaurant, Hibiki. Perfectionism, attention to detail, and, above all, the quality of ingredients, have become defining characteristics of his culinary style. Thanks to his dedication and pursuit of perfection, Sang has completely refined the restaurant's menu, incorporating the most vibrant Mediterranean dishes. The Stay restaurant is located on the first and second floors of a prestigious residential complex with a picturesque view of the Trubetskoy estate park. Comfortable designer armchairs, exclusive interior details, white tablecloths, and an abundance of light create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The light, airy design evokes the feeling of a resort on a sunny day, intentionally designed to allow guests to savor the flavors of the sea. The first thing you'll see upon entering the restaurant is an elegant ice display showcasing oysters, crabs, vongole, sea urchins, carabineros shrimp, and various types of wild marine fish. The menu is designed to allow guests to experience the seafood in all its nuances. Mediterranean cuisine is based on simple combinations of ingredients, always emphasizing their exceptional quality. Whole fish, prepared and served at the table by the waitstaff, is a highlight of the menu: turbot, sea bass, barramundi, and pagr. As appetizers, Stay offers "Stay" eggplant Parmesan, vitello tonnato, and a delicate salmon tartare, accompanied by a pear and Pecorino cheese salad, a fresh salad with crab and citrus, and pasta with seafood in a white wine sauce or a tomato sauce (your choice). The crab cutlet with a creamy truffle sauce is also a noteworthy dish. Another popular item is the Sicilian-style sea bass fillet in a tomato sauce with capers and spicy basil. The desserts are also worth mentioning; for example, the cheesecake with poppy seeds is a recent addition to the menu and has already gained a loyal following. The Stay restaurant pays close attention to the culinary preferences of its guests, developing dishes and ingredient combinations based on Mediterranean cuisine.
