ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Stall by Natalia Berezova is Natalia Berezova's first independent project. Natalia graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in France, worked in Burgundy, and completed an internship in Dubai with the renowned Chinese chef, Jeff Tan. She also organized catering for events in Moscow. The concept of her first café is simple: comfortable food made with seasonal, local ingredients for everyday enjoyment. Thanks to its proximity to the market, the kitchen uses the freshest ingredients, allowing for a quick response to seasonal changes. Strawberries available? Then we'll have strawberries. Crab appeared? Then we need to prepare dishes with crab. The main menu features tartares and crudo, soups, crab cakes with sweet potatoes, fish and chips, pasta with crab and oyster mushrooms, and a variety of vegetable dishes and salads. Regular brunch and dinner events are held with Natalia's friends, who join her in the kitchen. Breakfast is served every day from 10 am. A special highlight of Stall is its wine collection, which features approximately 50 selections (half of which can be ordered by the glass) of natural, biodynamic, and organic wines from small European producers.
