Moscow, Lesnaya Street, 20s3 Website Concept by: Alexey Shved RESTAURANT DESCRIPTION Mac & Cheese serves homemade pasta made from 100% coarsely ground flour, following a recipe by Italian chef Marco Jacket. The pasta is mixed with a creamy cheese sauce, based on a béchamel sauce, with the addition of various types of cheddar cheese. A favorite dish of the restaurant's founder and professional basketball player, Alexey Shved, is "Mac & Cheese," which can be baked to create a completely different dish! The restaurant features an "open bar" where customers can create their own personalized Mac & Cheese, choosing their preferred toppings and sauces. But that's not all! One of the best chefs from Maison Dellos has developed the main menu and a special menu for the youngest foodies, featuring pasta with cheese and mini-sausages, omelets, and more. The dessert menu deserves special attention, with a variety of treats including cheese ice cream with cornflakes and the legendary Mexican "Tres Leches" cake. Natural homemade lemonades and classic peach iced tea complement the cheese-based dishes.
