ABOUT THE RESTAURANT A top-quality selection, modern equipment, the professionalism of the butchers, and complete transparency in the kitchen are the key elements of this concept's success. This is a full-cycle project, encompassing all stages of meat preparation, from the cutting of carcasses and the aging of cuts to the presentation of dishes. All processes are visible to customers. Here, the butchers are breaking down carcasses, there, meat is being aged in a dry-aging room, and in the shop's display cases, you'll find dozens of cuts of beef, veal, and lamb, as well as prepared meats and deli items. The restaurant's menu features an impressive collection of meat dishes: 30 types of steaks, tartare, tataki, sashimi, cheeks, tails, and bone marrow. The takeaway window offers 9 types of steaks, several sandwiches, and, of course, the ultimate indulgence: a pastrami sandwich.
