"Son" is a restaurant and bar from the BarProfi team and its founder, Alexei Mochnov, located on Brick Lane. A native of St. Petersburg, Alexei has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, having launched more than 100 restaurant projects. In the past, he was a highly acclaimed bartender and a medalist in international, European, and Russian bartending championships. Following the successful launch of the Moscow "Son Mendeleev," Alexei decided to open a place with a calming atmosphere where people can relax and recharge, choosing his hometown for this purpose. "Son" in the Northern Capital is a bar and restaurant with a signature cocktail menu created by Alexei and an interesting wine selection, complemented by comforting everyday food. The kitchen at "Son" is overseen by Sergey Sushchenko and Alexander Stakheev (Sempre, Muntera, Chado BB, Architector Bar). This talented duo of chefs surprises guests with vibrant flavors and unique culinary experiences. Boris Lvovsky and his design studio DA (the "Third Place" cluster, restaurants Birch, Bio My Bio, Cococo Bistro) were responsible for the interior design. "Son" is characterized by its minimalist aesthetics and warm tones, captivating views from the panoramic windows, and a harmonious blend of historical brickwork and designer furniture. "Son" serves breakfast until 3:00 PM, including a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The atmosphere at "Son" is created not only by its signature cocktails and high-quality cuisine: on weekends, musicians perform here, and on weekdays, there are unique creative evenings and events dedicated to contemporary poetry.
