A "retro"-style urban bistro with affordable prices and an extensive menu created by chef Alexander Erin, located on Tverskaya Street.

The bistro "Slyot" opened its doors on Tverskaya Street at the end of summer and quickly became a popular gathering place for Muscovites. Located in the heart of the metropolis, on Tverskaya Street, the bistro boasts a unique atmosphere infused with the spirit of "retro," which is reflected in the interior design: antique furniture from the 19th and 20th centuries, antique decorative items, numerous indoor plants arranged on window sills, and walls adorned with posters from the Soviet era. The kitchen is headed by the young but already renowned chef Alexander Erin. Originally from St. Petersburg, Alexander has traveled to numerous Russian cities, helping to launch regional restaurants. He has participated in the filming of the shows "Real Kitchen" on Ren-TV, "Battle of Chefs," and was a winner in the shows "White Coat" and "Picnic Battle." The bistro offers dishes that have become popular with Muscovites: a mix of classic favorites, signature dishes, and sauces, creating a diverse, accessible, and delicious menu. These include mussels in tomato, truffle, and Tom Yam sauces, chicken liver and guinea fowl pâté with pear jam, baked Camembert cheese, duck confit, unusual and delicious spreads, and many other equally interesting options. The bistro offers French-style breakfasts with croissants, toast, Eggs Benedict, Croque Monsieur, and coffee, which can be enjoyed leisurely in the restaurant while watching the bustling activity on Tverskaya Street, or taken to go for a quick breakfast on the way to work, as the bistro is conveniently located near the Mayakovskaya metro station. During the week, the bistro offers lunch specials at affordable prices. On Fridays and Saturdays, "Slyot" features live music, and at night, the bistro takes on a special charm: dancing, cocktails, sparkling wine, and light snacks, making it the perfect place to meet up with friends on the weekends.
