A "gastro-bar," combining the formats of a traditional bar and a gourmet cafe.

"SHEST-YOU-SHEST" gastro-bars are a new type of establishment that combines the format of a traditional bar (drinks and snacks) with that of a small gourmet cafe (a cocktail menu, a balanced menu with options ranging from salads to desserts), and a wine list. The name "gastro-bar" was coined by us and is unique, as is the key feature of the establishment: engaging customers in a playful environment. Guests are offered to roll dice "for luck" (hence "SHEST-YOU-SHEST," used in the name of the establishment). A successful roll gives the opportunity to receive a tasting menu for free or earn a discount.
