Shum

"Shum" is a unique music bar that combines two concepts originating from Japan: a record library and karaoke. During the day, it's a vinyl bar with vintage Hi-Fi audio equipment, where you can listen to any record on vinyl, enjoy DJ sets featuring vinyl, or attend a music lecture. At night, it transforms into a karaoke venue where you can sing your favorite songs. The cuisine focuses on "Itameshi," a fusion of Japanese and Italian techniques. The menu primarily features Italian dishes reinterpreted in a Japanese style by chef Galina Zemlyanaya and restaurant critic Alexander Zapyantsev. The bar menu was curated by legendary bartenders Kenan Assab and Darya Dzeboyeva. The Japanese cocktail menu is dedicated to legendary musicians, featuring cocktails inspired by their favorite and less obvious ingredients, reflecting their personal tastes.
