ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Everyone loves Italian cuisine, but Italian-style establishments often follow predictable patterns. We decided to break those patterns and create a new, trendy, and expressive Italian concept. Sometimes, people live with a distant dream and the expectation of happiness that will come in the future – in a month, a year, or 10 years. Meanwhile, small joys happen to us every day, and it is from these moments that life is made, and they should be enjoyed here and now. The Robbi concept is about those small moments of happiness. What makes this project unique is the pizza oven, prominently placed in the dining area, designed as a Roman replica of Hercules' head, combined with a central bar that has become a real magnet for guests, and the DJ sets that fill the rooms with trendy music on weekends. Robbi is not a classic Italian trattoria, but a modern osteria in an expressive, vibrant Italian style, with an exquisite menu. We have taken classic Italian dishes and reinterpreted them in our own unique way: creating visually appealing presentations and interesting combinations of ingredients. The menu includes many dishes that have become popular with our guests, including: crispy Roman-style pizza with a thin crust and a variety of toppings, pasta, risotto, bruschetta, finger foods, and light breakfasts with champagne. All cheeses and cured meats are made in-house. The Robbi kitchen is led by head chef Mark Statcenko. The extensive bar menu includes: sparkling wines, still wines, spirits, and, of course, signature cocktails. The bartender, a virtuoso of food pairing, professionally selects the perfect combinations: finger foods and drinks, tailored to each guest's preferences. We have transformed wine tasting into an experimental experience – thanks to a wide selection of wines by the glass, guests can sample a variety of different wines. The collaboration between the kitchen and the bar is a vibrant trend that is very popular at Robbi. Robbi is a modern cafe that lives in the rhythm of the city. It's an excellent place for business lunches, cozy dinners with friends, and in the evening, it transforms into the perfect pre-party spot. We have created an Italian establishment in the Milanese style in our city, where guests come for a good mood and delicious food, experiencing those small moments of happiness – that's Robbi.
