Gourmet fast food from Savva restaurant chef Andrei Shmakov, located in the Kitay-Gorod district. The focus is on sandwiches, which the project creator calls "Shmaks." The menu features four basic Shmaks – with turkey, beef, pork, and a vegetarian option – which can be customized with various fillings and sauces. All sandwich options are served with a special broth, which, according to the chef's concept, should be used to dip the sandwich before eating. The Shmaks are best enjoyed with a special beer, brewed specifically for "Shmak."

Andrei Shmakov, head chef of the SAVVA restaurant and owner of the "Shmak" project: "I know that no one has made sandwiches quite like this before, and I want to be the first. The sandwiches will be called SHMAK: turkey Shmak, pork Shmak, beef Shmak. I don't want to associate this product with the names "sandwich" or "sub." I want "Shmak" to become a common name. Just like we don't call a burger a "bun with a patty," a "Shmak" will simply be a "Shmak."

The format is self-service, like "McDonald's": you approach the counter, place your order, it's prepared in front of you quickly, you take it on a tray, eat, dispose of the trash, return the tray, wash your hands, and leave. The target audience is 15 years old and up. The dining area has 22 seats. The average bill, including a drink, for the most expensive Shmak with a ribeye steak, will be 800-900 rubles. The menu includes about 12 items, which are served with french fries, sweet potatoes, and various toppings.

This place is more about me, about what I personally enjoy, about the music I listen to, and the drinks I drink. So, it will be my space where you can relax and unwind. There will be a special offer for employees in the restaurant industry, so that after they've cleaned the kitchen and set the tables in their restaurants, they can come to "Shmak" for a refreshing drink, enjoy a Shmak, and then go home to sleep peacefully."
