Старый Сычуань

The "Old Sichuan" restaurant is located near the China Town metro station and specializes in Asian and Eastern cuisine. The establishment is a successor to the "Druzhba" restaurant, which previously operated on Novoslobodskaya Street. While changing its address and name, it has retained its original concept and atmosphere.

The menu features traditional and innovative dishes of Chinese cuisine, prepared by a team of chefs using classic recipes. Among the offerings are cold appetizers such as smashed cucumbers in garlic sauce and boiled pork knuckles with pickles, soups and broths, including seafood broth and broth with small dumplings, as well as hot dishes made with meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables, for example, "Three Flavors" beef ribs and homemade-style sliced beef.
