SCUBA means scuba diving, and we want our seafood bistro to transport guests to a reality where they can enjoy delicious, inexpensive, fast, and fun food. We are pioneers of the "fast casual" dining format in Yekaterinburg. We have established partnerships with Russian suppliers, for example, from Murmansk and the Far East. This allows us to prepare fish and seafood in Yekaterinburg that were swimming in the ocean just yesterday and don't cost a fortune.

At SCUBA, you come for generous portions and a positive atmosphere. We don't take reservations because we want to remain casual and accessible. Everyone has the opportunity to visit the bistro, and seats become available on a first-come, first-served basis. The interior was meticulously designed, down to the smallest detail. For example, the jellyfish chandeliers were handcrafted from 28,000 threads, the tables were aged with a saw, the posters and masks were sourced from Sri Lanka, and nautical-themed decorations are found everywhere.
