Saray is a restaurant in the Asador style, built around an open fire.

"Saray is our interpretation of Asador: it's about a lot of vegetables, meat, fish, and seafood, all cooked over an open flame – whether it's charcoal, a wood-fired oven, or a tandoor. As you can see from our menu, much of our inspiration comes from the Mediterranean and the Caucasus regions. We traveled throughout Northern Spain, dining, working, and researching the best Asador restaurants to draw inspiration from their experiences. The Caucasus is a region known for its vegetables, meat, and beloved recipes meant for sharing around a large table," said brand chef Dan Miron.
