Flava Event Dom is a new joint project by popular performer, producer, and businessman Timur Yunusov (Timati) and one of Russia's leading restaurateurs, Anton Pinsky. This unique event space, located in the heart of the capital, is poised to become a key venue for lively parties, birthdays, graduation ceremonies, presentations, concerts, and other significant events. Located in a former historic mansion on Sadovo-Kudrinskaya Street, Flava combines an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication with the vibrant energy of trendy and modern dance floors. The two-level space features high columns and theater-style boxes, complemented by a modern loft-style design with minimalist gray sofas, neon signs, and an abundance of designer lighting fixtures. The main hall comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests and offers a wide range of possibilities for hosting diverse events thanks to its thoughtful zoning. The first floor is equipped with a stage, a powerful DJ booth, and a spacious dance floor for an unforgettable party. The space can be easily adapted to any event by adding banquet tables or setting up a buffet line. A stylish and elegant spiral staircase leads to the second floor, which features a lounge area with its own bar and separate VIP lounges for groups of up to 8 people. The spacious veranda is the perfect place for a summer event, capable of accommodating over 150 guests. The minimalist design, executed in lighter shades of gray than the main hall, is complemented by live plants, adding a vibrant touch to the space. In the evening, the relaxed atmosphere of the veranda takes on a new mood thanks to the red neon lighting. The main feature of the hall is the retractable roof, which allows guests to host memorable events outdoors without worrying about the weather. In colder weather, the veranda can serve as a unique space for an Open Air Welcome area, thanks to the heating provided by heaters. To further enhance the atmosphere of your event, a dedicated bar will offer signature hot cocktails. The gastronomic aspect of the project deserves special attention. Top chefs Artem Losev, Vitaly Istomin, and Maxim Pak, who have been setting culinary trends for years, have developed a wide-ranging menu of exquisite cold and hot appetizers featuring European and Pan-Asian influences. The evening will be complemented by a collection of signature cocktails, combining a vibrant mix of flavors, bold combinations, and original presentation.
