ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
SAINT combines immersive art and gastronomy, allowing guests to enter another reality and become part of a unique magic. The foundation of the cuisine is the theatrical presentation of dishes, where the chef demonstrates his most amazing experiments, engaging but not overly flirtatious, surprising but not shocking. Levitating ice cream, tartare flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen, flambéed foie gras, and aroma-magic – at the Saint restaurant, wonders happen in the presentation and preparation techniques of the dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is enhanced by show performances that take place twice a month, which are unique in their interaction with guests and immerse them in the magical world of theater, dance, and culinary artistry. The dynamism of SAINT is supported by kinetic objects in the interior – a Venetian mask installation that greets guests with a bow at the entrance to the restaurant, and vertical greenery decorated with frosted glass to create the feeling of a forest coming alive in the breeze – creating the illusion of a jungle moving behind the glass.
