A beachfront restaurant offering a menu of popular dishes from the Caucasus region.
"Panoramic" is the key word that describes Rezzo. The main dining room blends colors, the breath of nature, and the traditions of Caucasian restaurants. Giant chandeliers in the shape of spirals and decorative elements near the ceiling are an elegant allusion to the grape leaves in Tbilisi courtyards. The terrace features a more minimalist design, focusing on the sea and sunsets. Guests can also see the open kitchen, allowing them to observe the creation of culinary masterpieces. When considering the Caucasus region as a whole, it becomes clear that this ethnic culinary concept is impossible without the culinary traditions of Azerbaijan, Adygea, Abkhazia, Ossetia, and Dagestan. These, along with familiar Georgian and Armenian dishes, are reflected in Rezzo's menu. To bring this concept to life, Chef Dmitry Gavrilov was invited, who has worked as a head chef in some of the best restaurants in the country. Every dish in Dmitry Gavrilov's collection of delicious creations is incredibly heartwarming, infused with sunshine, the sea, and love. In addition to traditional Adjarian and Megrelian khachapuri, Rezzo's menu features large, over-kilogram, tsakhara-dzhin and kartof-dzhin – Ossetian pies with fillings. The "khinkali" section offers three varieties of this beloved dish. The most extensive section of the menu is "Mangal," offering grilled meats such as salmon or chicken skewers, pork neck or lamb leg, as well as kebabs and vegetables. Each dish is served with specially designed tableware; for example, the elliptical platter for the skewers has indentations for the skewers themselves. A culinary highlight of Rezzo is the aquarium. Sea urchins, three types of oysters, scallops, and shrimp – the inhabitants of the aquarium are served fresh. Pizza lovers are also catered to, with classic options like "Four Cheese," "Margherita," "Pepperoni," and salmon pizza. For dessert, guests can choose from medovik (honey cake), Napoleon, cheesecake, poppy seed cake, apple tart, and a delightful halva made from pumpkin seeds. Rezzo's wine list features over a hundred selections from around the world. From rosé and white to red and orange, still and sparkling – each bottle is carefully selected, offering guests only the best. Several wines are available by the glass. Overall, everything is designed to encourage guests to linger longer – to savor, drink, enjoy the view of the sea, and perhaps even spell out the word "happiness" using the letters "r," "e," "z," "z," and "o."
