Dmitry Gavrilov has been in the culinary profession for 25 years. He started his career as a food preparation worker, then worked as a cook in both hot and cold kitchens. Since 2002, he has served as a head chef in restaurants such as "Uryuk" and Luciano. From 2006, he worked as a brand chef in establishments like "Temple Bar," "Meat Hook," and "Uryuk." Since 2021, he has been the head chef at the Rezzo restaurant in Sochi. Dmitry believes that for successful work, it's essential to work hard, listen to the customers, and be actively involved in the process.
