For larger groups, the spacious dining room features large tables, and panoramic windows offer a view of one of Moscow's most important cultural landmarks: the Bolshoi Theatre. Every Friday and Saturday, you can enjoy the fun until 5 AM, dancing to the music of cover bands and DJs. Important football and hockey matches, as well as MMA fights, are regularly broadcast on large screens. The restaurant's menu is dominated by ribs made from three types of meat: pork, beef, and lamb. They are incredibly flavorful and aromatic, thanks to a special marinating process with a generous blend of spices. The ribs are cooked in a two-meter-long rotating grill powered by wood. Each layer is slowly cooked and infused with the aroma of smoke. In addition to ribs, the menu features a wide variety of meat dishes: juicy chicken wings with a spicy sauce, perfectly cooked ribeye steak, legendary burgers in both classic and lighter versions, and a large selection of pizzas. The diverse menu was created by Chef Viktor Apasyev, inspired by his culinary travels around the world.
