Microfoodcourt 2.0 'za ugolom'

About

The "Micro Food Court" located "just around the corner," spanning 400 square meters, features 5 food stalls with an average check of around 600 rubles. It's conveniently located very close to "Around the World" and directly across from GUM. Currently, the food court houses: the Vietnamese cafe Lao Lee, the Israeli street food vendor "Shalom, Eggplant," the coffee shop LES, the steamed bun shop PYAN-SE, and the sandwich shop "BUTERBORD." The last concept is the main attraction of the place and a new name for the very popular burger joint "U Slavika," which used to be located on Mayakovskaya Street. The creator and owner of the concept, Vyacheslav Shalimov, who moved to Vetoshny, decided to share the responsibility with his colleagues. Of course, despite its location, the popularity of this food court is significantly lower than the market on Nikolskaya Street. Firstly, the project's launch went largely unnoticed. Secondly, while it's "just around the corner," it's not on the main tourist route, and most importantly, a large nearby establishment (and not just one) significantly hinders the flow of traffic towards Vetoshny. However, during periods of high consumer activity, "Vetoshny" can be a good alternative. Its main value lies in showcasing a different type of food hall, which is also a viable option for organizing a relatively small, but shared, gastronomic space, perhaps "in the neighborhood."
