"Ray" is a word from a new era. An era where restaurants are named after their chefs. An era where cuisine transcends geographical boundaries. An era where new flavors create new experiences. "Ray" is Chef Alexander Raylyan, the best young chef in Russia according to "Silver Triangle." He is also a finalist in the national stage of the international competition St. Pellegrino Cooking Cup.

The basement of "Ray" houses a unique bar. An open bar area with a DJ booth is located in the center of the room, blurring the lines between guests, bartenders, and musicians. Here, you can feel like you're part of the bar, experience the atmosphere of creativity, and find your rhythm, moving to the music with everyone else.
