The popular chain of modern Georgian restaurants, owned by Arkady Novikov, continues to expand. The first franchise location within a shopping mall is opening on the fourth floor of the Moscow "Aviapark."

The menu features all the favorites that guests have come to love at other "Pro.Khinkali" restaurants: juicy grilled dishes, traditional khachapuri and khinkali, as well as dishes from the Georgian countryside, offered exclusively within the chain (for example, "Kuchmachi" from the Megrelian region – a traditional Georgian dish made with offal).

"What primarily distinguishes our cuisine is the freshness of the ingredients. We practically don't freeze anything," says Davit Danielian, the head chef of "Pro.Khinkali" at "Aviapark." "We have a lot of meat, vegetables, and herbs, and we import our spices directly from Georgia. And we also have nine different types of khinkali! In addition to the traditional ones, we have khinkali with unusual fillings, which we have tried to give a Georgian flavor."
