A Moscow cultural and gastronomic project that brings together three areas under one roof: a restaurant, a bar, and an art gallery.

The "Generation" project was created to bring together people who are open to new experiences in three areas: gastronomy, art, and leisure. Chef Gleb Gaiger represents the gastronomy of "Generation." Rejecting the concept of "haute cuisine," the chef actively reinterprets classics, encouraging people to find original meanings in familiar things. Each dish is a kind of story, "written" with high-quality ingredients and adapted to what is known as "Moscow" cuisine. Alexander Litvinov (Hydra bar) is responsible for the mixology at "Generation." The bar menu is conditionally divided into "Mountains" – stronger, more intense cocktails – and "Rivers" – lighter, more refreshing options. A particular favorite of the bar is the cocktail with the bold name "Moscow," made with vodka, fresh sorrel, and lemon balm. An equally important aspect of the project is the art, which is not limited to the gastronomy. The walls of "Generation" regularly feature changing exhibitions, showcasing works by local artists and major projects by well-known artists. Any painting is also available for purchase for a private collection. The main goal of the "Generation" project is to create an atmosphere of a "third place" – a space that is neither home nor work – where every guest will feel comfortable in their own way.
