This classic "osteria" is led by the young and charismatic chef, Denis Shelepnev, who is always happy to chat with guests and invite them to his exclusive Chef's Table. The restaurant has been operating since 2007 and has recently undergone a renovation. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, with a large pizza oven adorned with Italian tiles, multi-tiered chandeliers on the ceiling, a balcony area from which you can overlook the dining room, and tables covered with white tablecloths. Pasta e Basta is a place steeped in Italian tradition. Here, centuries-old Italian culinary traditions are combined with the chef's innovative approach, resulting in dishes that will surprise you with their flavor combinations and textures. The dishes are served on beautifully painted plates of the most unusual shapes. The pasta selection is truly diverse and delicious, and is sure to impress. Pasta e Basta offers a good selection of cocktails and a wide range of wines, from light wines perfect for lunch to more special vintage selections. The restaurant is ideal for a family lunch or dinner, a business meeting, or a romantic evening with your loved one. During lunchtime (from 12:00 to 16:00) on weekdays, there is a 20% discount on the menu.
