The pasta bar offers inventive cocktails created by the ELCOPITAS team, which deconstruct, redefine, and reimagine iconic dishes by Rustam Tangirov. The concept combines several modern bar formats, with a primary focus on pasta. It's the perfect place to socialize, with evening hours only (Thursday-Sunday), handmade pasta made in the bar, its own production facility for Italian sausages and cured meats, a concise menu of 15 items featuring hits from Rustam Tangirov, a selection of 13 cocktails from ELCOPITAS, and a lively atmosphere created by bartenders and servers who interact with each other. A clear economic model allows the bar to be independent of all suppliers, as all products are locally sourced, from the pasta to the cheeses, and many items are made by hand.
