MAIN WINE is a gastronomic project in the center of Khabarovsk, offering a wine list with over 350 selections and European cuisine with a focus on local specialties (fish, seafood, caviar platters). A two-level aquarium with live scallops, oysters (over 5 varieties), and sea urchins is a special feature of the open kitchen. Three distinct concepts are located on two floors of an early 20th-century architectural landmark: a restaurant, a wine bar, and a wine shop. The wine list features both small, artisanal producers with handcrafted wines and renowned labels from the world's best restaurants, as ranked by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. In the restaurant and bar, we serve freshly baked bread made with natural starters, which we bake ourselves – it is also available to take away along with other gourmet items (cheeses, ham, olives, pates). Regular wine tastings, both individual tastings and tasting sets, as well as gourmet dinners are held in the restaurant and bar. The interior is designed with intelligence, featuring soft and deep hues, and plenty of natural light. The open kitchen area is framed by rare types of marble combined with wood. The tableware is handcrafted and designed according to individual sketches by St. Petersburg ceramicists. The glassware includes French Sydonios, Austrian Zalto, and German Nachtman crystal. Eco-friendly design: recycled plastic, handcrafted furniture made from wood according to original designs, fabrics from an Italian factory that still uses the legendary Leonardo da Vinci weaving loom, and bricks from imperial-era buildings.
