A stylish bar, reimagined and located beneath the grand staircase of a pre-revolutionary hotel, offering over fifty unique infusions made with locally sourced ingredients.

"Parada" is the first bar in Perm to break away from the traditional Soviet-style bar and snack bar format. We've created a stylish, Instagram-worthy, and cozy establishment beneath the grand staircase of a pre-revolutionary hotel. Our design is the creation of the Alisa Tarasova studio (@tarasova.studio). The centerpiece is a crystal chandelier from a country estate, complemented by a large, inviting bar counter made of stone, a cozy dining area with 8 tables, and a seating area along the historic brick walls, all expertly illuminated with subtle lighting. During the summer season, we expand our space with a spacious outdoor terrace in our courtyard, featuring vintage Viennese chairs and marble tables, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for summer evenings.

Our specialty is handcrafted infusions made with locally sourced ingredients. We currently offer over 55 varieties, and when we started in December, we only had 6. Every week, we introduce 1 to 3 experimental infusions, and based on customer feedback, we expand our selection. We are constantly experimenting with new flavors and ingredient combinations, always adhering to our core philosophy of providing excellent quality at an affordable price. In addition to our signature infusions and a wide selection of spirits, we also offer rare varieties such as cachaça, mezcal, grappa, and various distillates. We also have a selection of craft beers and fine wines. Our food menu consists of appetizers, including a variety of spreads, cheese pairings for wine, and sandwiches – a reimagined take on classic flavors, carefully selected to complement each infusion.

We are constantly working to improve our service and have assembled a fantastic team of friendly and dedicated professionals. We actively participate in various events, such as the Inshaker FinFusion 2022 competition, for which we created our lingonberry infusion with oak bark and St. John's Wort. We also participate in local events in our city, such as RED Fest, and host our own themed parties and infusion festivals within our walls. We send our best employees to the Roman Toroshin Training Center for specialized training programs on infusions, to further enhance their skills.

Our goal is to elevate the classic bar experience to a new level and set the standard for bars across the country.
