PANTON

"PANTON" is a cozy bar with parties located on Novoslobodskaya Street, a popular spot for Moscow's creative youth. The bar's team has brought the spirit of freedom and rebellion from the underground scene to a conceptual interior in shades of "Maroon Red." No two evenings at "PANTON" are ever the same: one day there's a vinyl market, the next a lecture on the history of musical genres or a dark techno party. Building on the traditions of the Moscow underground, "PANTON" aims to become a new space for independent musicians and labels to experiment, as well as a venue for performances and jam sessions of various genres. A custom-made acoustic system provides a rich and clear sound without harsh highs or overly boomy bass. The menu focuses on draft cocktails and themed snack sets, and on weekdays, there are sets with beer for 490 rubles.

The deep red interior is mesmerizing, and the regularly changing exhibitions of contemporary artists and sculptors constantly add new dimensions. As evening approaches, the bar comes alive with the rhythms of electronic music, live performances, and DJ sets, all powered by a custom-designed sound system.

Anton Zhukov, the driving force behind the bar, has a diverse background, ranging from bartender at "Burger Heroes" to manager at "Volchya Staia," art director at "Parka," and the creator of his own bar project in Bali, which hosted some of the most popular parties organized by "Vzletnaya." He has a deep understanding of the bar industry and, together with art director Fedor Solovyev and a large creative team, he created a bar that people don't want to leave – "PANTON."

The cocktail menu is rebellious yet approachable, with cocktails served on tap to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Head bartender Artur Kultoyev (formerly of PARK, The Kisa Bar, and Santo Spirito) boldly experiments with cocktail flavors, unafraid of color, ingredient combinations, and witty names. The menu features 12 drinks, including both creative reinterpretations of classic cocktails, such as the "Novoslobodka Ice Tea" (666 rubles) with homemade berry cola, and original creations like "Pop Porn" (555 rubles) made with gin and lemon-popcorn cordial, the luxurious "Deputatsky" (999 rubles) with caviar and gold cordial, or the signature "Pantonic" (555 rubles) made with gin and Italian blood oranges. For those who want even more variety, the bartenders can create custom cocktails on demand.

Head chef Kirill Sukhorukov (formerly of Parka, Pub no pub, and Kult Turizm) has focused on a selection of snack sets (490 rubles each), where each set offers a thematic palette of flavors. The menu includes both familiar bar snacks like chicken wings and more unusual options like donuts with pâté, salmon, and pastrami. The bar also caters to vegans and those on special diets with an "Italy" set featuring marinated olives and artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and tofu served with eggplant and wild mushrooms. The menu also features street food from around the world, from delicate shrimp tacos (390 rubles) and juicy smash burgers (590 rubles) to more unique items like the "Elvis" sandwich (540 rubles), which unexpectedly combines bacon and peanut butter.

For those who enjoy a good lunch and a practical approach, the bar offers an unprecedented deal: a salad, soup, main course, and a glass of beer for just 490 rubles! The lunch menu is regularly updated, and it's available on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the bar transforms into a dance floor, pulsating with the rhythms of various genres. The bar promises to host parties with both popular tracks on Fridays and experimental music to introduce guests to more underground sounds.
