About

A Caucasian and Transcaucasian cuisine restaurant with a modern twist, created by chef Ruslan Terzyan.

"Ojah.Uri" is a unique space in Krasnodar where guests can not only enjoy delicious dishes but also experience a range of emotions. It embodies the cultural and culinary traditions of the Caucasus, intertwined with the traditions of a large, multinational family. It is a continuation of the family hearth, bringing loved ones together around the same table. It is love expressed through the stunning, original cuisine of Ruslan Terzyan – spicy, juicy, and harmonious. The name "Ojah.Uri" is composed of two parts: "ojakh" (in Armenian) and "ojakhuri" (in Georgian), both meaning "family hearth." This highlights the importance of family traditions – those that unite a family, create a connection between generations, and form the foundation of each culture.

When we talk about Caucasian cuisine, we mean not only the familiar Armenian or Georgian dishes. The menu at "Ojah.Uri" includes traditional recipes from the national cuisines of numerous republics of the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia, including Adygea, Chechnya, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Ingushetia, Dagestan, and others.

A meal in the Caucasus is not just about food; it's a ritual, a part of the cultural heritage. We treat national traditions with reverence, preserving them and sharing them with our guests. At "Ojah.Uri," you can not only taste the national dishes of the Caucasian and Transcaucasian republics but also learn about their sacred meaning and participate in ancient ceremonial traditions.

The menu includes both traditional Caucasian dishes, recipes passed down through generations, and original dishes created by chef Ruslan Terzyan. Our cuisine is a combination of tradition and creative innovation. Ruslan reinterprets authentic recipes and uses modern techniques, bringing familiar flavors to life in new ways.

The dishes are prepared using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We raise lambs, goats, and ducks on our own farm. Proper feeding and care ensure the richness of the ingredients' flavors. We bring in meat products, delicacies, and cheeses with unique flavors from the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia, where they are prepared according to centuries-old traditions.

The ethnic interior of the "Ojah.Uri" restaurant is inspired by the history, culture, and spirit of the Caucasus.

The incredible mountains, bathed in bright sunlight, the warmth in the air, the intoxicating proximity to the sky, and the pure, genuine emotions – this is the atmosphere we strive to share with our guests. The natural light streaming through the panoramic windows illuminates the copper fixtures and reflects in the chandeliers. The textured ceramics and natural brick create a warm atmosphere regardless of the season. The embossed tableware and antique paintings brought from the Caucasus are authentic details that enhance the overall impression of the interior.

What makes up happiness? It's the bright emotions shared with loved ones. It's the joy of discovering something new in the most pleasant way. It's delicious food that allows you to rediscover familiar flavors, savoring every bite. It's the beauty that surrounds you, emphasizing the importance of the moment.

All the elements of happiness are gathered in the Caucasian cuisine restaurant "Ojah.Uri" – by sharing joy with our guests, we draw inspiration.
