Ruslan's over 20 years of professional experience is essentially a creative journey. Internships in Italy, Spain, and France at Michelin-starred restaurants honed his professional skills, while participation in international competitions broadened his horizons. His experience working at world-class hotels like "Radisson" and "Rixos solidified his organizational skills as a brand chef. Ruslan is a prize-winner in many prestigious competitions, including the All-Russian Culinary Championship "Chef a la Russe."

Ruslan Terzyan's culinary talent was highly recognized during the Olympic Games and the FIFA World Cup. Dishes created by the brand chef were enjoyed not only by guests of the sunny city of Sochi, but also by heads of state.

One of Ruslan's most notable projects was the "Villa Rose" restaurant in Abrau-Durso, for which he developed a unique concept and created a "Gastronomic Map of the Caucasus," featuring national dishes from 12 republics of the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia. The concept received high praise, and "Villa Rose" was awarded the prestigious "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business" as the best local restaurant in Russia, as chosen by guests, in 2019.
